Professional Supervision

Supervision and mentoring relationships have been some of the most transformative and enriching aspects of my career, and I love the journey of growth that can happen when two clinicians connect around our clinical practices, theoretical orientations, ethical dilemmas, client situations and professional development.

I am an independently licensed clinical social worker in three states (Colorado LCSW, Pennsylvania LCSW, Massachusetts LICSW) and am qualified to supervise MSW, LSW, LCSW and LSW-Candidates for licensure. I am also available to offer clinical supervision to professionals in any mental health discipline, as well as to clinical staff in integrated care settings who are seeking specific support related to integration and collaborative care.

I utilize an integrative narrative, feminist, multicultural approach to supervision & am especially interested in working with professionals who are committed to anti-oppression, cultural responsiveness, and de-colonizing approaches to care, and are actively seeking to address dynamics of power, privilege, authority and expertise, as well as the ways their own identities show up, in their work.

I offer supervision on a sliding scale and would love to gather enough of a supervision community to also facilitate a Narrative Peer/Group Supervision space!

  • Glynn has not only been my supervisor since January 2021, but has also been a mentor and significant, positive influence in my career. Her compassionate, inclusive, holistic, and person-centered approach to both therapy and supervision makes our sessions a safe space where I feel I can share and process challenges I'm facing with clients/job/career, but also a space where I can learn and grow as a person and as a practitioner. She has over 15 years of experience working with diverse populations in various settings and brings her wisdom, knowledge, and insight to supervision. She always does her best to accommodate and support me on my journey and I feel I learn so much from every single session with her. I feel truly lucky to have her as my supervisor and mentor!

  • Working with Glynn as a supervisor has been pivotal in my growth as a therapist. Glynn works to dismantle hierarchies and oppressive power dynamics and hold/honor the intersections of identity, which creates a container of safety and space for authentic self reflection in supervision. She is committed to anti-oppressive practice and ways of being that work to decolonize therapy. Supervision with Glynn is thoughtful, open, responsive, and compassionate. I have experienced more growth and support with Glynn than any other supervisor I have encountered. Working with her has been such a gift!
